Finding the Perfect Park Bag
Finding the perfect park bag can seem like a daunting task. The perfect park bag needs to be small in size, yet large enough to hold your essentials, lightweight, and easy to pass through security. I have tried so many over the years, but I’m pretty sure I’ve found the perfect one. The sling over bag from E2:8 is the perfect combination of style, size, and functionality.
Style
Not only is the fabric on this sling over bags cute to wear with just about anything, but they are also super comfortable. The strap is adjustable at the bottom to fit whatever shoulder you choose to wear it on too. E2:8 calls the style the “sling over bag”, but the fit is similar to a backpack meeting a crossbody.
Size
The sling over bag, in my opinion, is the perfect size for a small park bag. It has two large inside pockets that can hold a small first aid kit, tissues, glasses, hand sanitizer, and more. The middle section will hold your wallet, ponchos, and a water bottle.
This size can easily fit into under the seat on Disney’s Soarin, or at your feet on Disney’s Pirate’s of the Caribbean ride. I have not tested it at Universal Orlando Parks yet, but as long as it’s not completely stuffed it should be able to fit in the smaller for free locker size.
Functionality
The fabric is very durable canvas, and the bag itself is well made. All of the bags from E2:8 are made individually, by hand, and by a small business owner.
The front zipper pocket is great for holding park tickets or your passport for fast access.
There is even a hidden pocket in the back. The zipper used to construct this pocket is designed for a concealed carry, but obviously you cannot use it this way in a theme park. I found this hidden pocket perfect for holding my Fuel Rod charger and phone. Because the pocket is on the inside, towards the body, it is great for easy access.
Final Thoughts
Looking for travel accessories, especially the perfect park bag, can be hard but doesn’t have to be. The perfect park bag needs to be small in size, yet large enough to hold your essentials, lightweight, and easy to pass through security. After trying out several I have decided that the sling over bag from E2:8 may just be the perfect park bag. These bags are the perfect blend of style, size, and functionality.
