Ripley’s Super Fun Park is Spectacular!

Ripley’s is usually known for their oddities, but actually has two unique locations in Branson, MO.  The Odditorium houses an interactive museum filled with hundreds of strange artifacts from around the world.  The second, and newest location, is the Super Fun Park.  With both locations there is something for everyone to enjoy! 

Ripley’s Super Fun Park is located at 2320 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO, and is right down the road from their original location.  It has four separate attractions and a small arcade inside.    Admission is $21.99/ adult and $12.99 for kids ages 4-11 if you purchase in advance.

The remarkable thing about this location is you can play all day for one price!  They offer unlimited play for all their attractions all day long! You can play in the morning, leave for lunch, and come back for the afternoon and play into the evening.  All you need to do is hold on to your original ticket for the day and keep it available to activate the activities while you are at the Super Fun Park.

The Recon Training Maze

The Recon Training Maze is a giant, outdoor maze with a built-in scavenger hunt.  When you purchase your tickets, you are given a scavenger hunt check list with activities to find and complete.  Once inside the maze, you will have to find your way out while stopping to complete and check off the tasks.  There are 14 separate tasks to find and complete to officially finish the maze. 

We recommend you do the maze early in the day during hot weather to beat the heat.  There are emergency exits if you get stuck or need to give up and quit. The staff also recommends that if you get stuck there is a lookout that you can climb to see an aerial view of the maze. 

Ripley’s Laserace

Ripley’s Laserace is an indoor maze of laser beams that you will have to maneuver through in order to deactivate 3 buttons around the room.  The race is timed, and you race against the clock to beat previous players.  The laserace has three levels of difficulty to compete in.  You are allowed to play as individuals or in two person teams.  With the unlimited admission ticket, you can play as many times as you want, so you can get faster each time as you get a feel for the course.

Ripley’s Smash Dash

Ripley’s Smash Dash Reaction Training is a two-sided room filled with buttons on the walls.  Two players compete to smash as many lighted buttons as possible before time runs out.  Buttons light up at random, and the more buttons you smash, the higher your score will be.  The person with the highest score when time runs out is the winner!

Laser Tag

Probably the most popular attraction on the property is the indoor laser tag course.  The unique thing about this course is that it has a military theme and a salute to veterans.  Like the other Ripley’s location, this one also values our veterans and honors them in the décor of the laser tag course. 

The course is a timed attraction and is suitable for small and large sized groups.  You can compete on teams or as individuals in this course.  The course is made up of different walls and bunkers you can hide behind and includes wall targets to increase your score.  The team or individual with the highest number points at the end wins!

The Arcade

Inside the small sized arcade lies a target shooting range, kiddie ride-ons, pinball, a crane game, and a few other video arcade games.  The target shooting range is activated by your ticket stub, so again, keep this handy during the day. They also have a small gift shop, and a few snacks for sale including a Slushie machine.  However, if you are looking for a larger meal for your group, you will have to leave and come back to play later.  This location does not have a full-sized snack bar or refreshment station. 

Final Thoughts

Although the Super Fun Park is small, it has some really fun activities inside and out.  It is an excellent location to stay cool and still have fun in the hot days of summer and is a wonderful place to stay dry on a rainy day.  We are sure you will enjoy your day here and you can see you really get a lot for a great price.  Since the tickets are for all day, unlimited game play, you can do all the activities as many times as you want.
