22 Food Trucks in 2022 – Part 2, BBQ!
What is more American than BBQ? Our #4 Food Truck is just that. Smoky B’s BBQ Food Truck can usually be found at Van Buren, AR, but like most food trucks it likes to move around. You can check out their schedule on Facebook before you head out. You also may want to get there early, because like all food trucks their food supply is limited and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
#4 Smoky B’s BBQ Food Truck
You know you have arrived at this food truck when you see all the flags and patriotic flair. The business is family owned and we were kindly waited on by the food truck owner’s young niece who was helping that day. The owner, Brandon, does most of the cooking while his mom, Abby, helps by making the sides. You know in our family travel business we like to support small family businesses.
The Food
The menu of this food truck features the usual BBQ consisting of ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, but it’s the unique menu items that makes them so great. They offer a smoked bologna sandwich that is out of this world, burnt ends, and even smoked deviled eggs. They even have mac n cheese for the kids. This food truck simply has something for everyone. On our visit we arrived late for dinner, but still enjoyed the brisket sandwich and smoked bologna sandwich.
Final Thoughts
The #4 food truck in our challenge is highly recommended. Smoky B’s BBQ has a great menu, tastes great, and is family owned and operated. Remember to get there early so you won’t miss out on the unique and best-selling menu items and check their hours and location online before you head out.
